Celiac Tip: MYOD (Make Your Own Dressing)
Making your own salad dressings are super easy to do (and sometimes necessary when it comes to eating asian-inspired cuisines). Remember, most store bought soy-based salad dressings are NOT gluten free because they use regular soy sauce. Don’t skimp out on the fresh ginger, as it adds a spicy flavor to this sweet soy salad dressing!
